You have been refused a visa under article 15, in conjunction with article 5, of the Convention of 19 June 1990 implementing the Schengen Agreement of 14 June 1985 and under the powers concerning the issue of visas deriving from the Sovereign Decree of 12 December 1813. — Вам отказано в визе по статье 15, а также по статье 5 Конвенции от 19 июня 1990 г., обеспечивающей выполнение Шенгенского договора от 14 июня 1985 года, и на основе полномочий, касающихся выдачи виз, вытекающим из Постановления монарха от 12 декабря 1813 года.
